You could probably just fold scrapbook paper into fans and glue it together or use an iron and heavy starch on fabric and put it together with fabric glue..
I'm testing it out with white printer paper right now and if it works I will go buy some cute scrapbook paper and get folding. So far so good though!
Does anyone know how to make these? I want to make a few for my sitting room. I think they rock. Any suggestions? Please help me!
