Orly: Charged Up
So I bought this nail polish at Sally's the other day because I LOVED the color. I thought it would be a great polish but it's not. It is really thin. It took 4-5 coats to get it the color it advertises. I don't have the time to wait for each coat so this color will be going in the bottom of the polish bucket and probably not come back out for a while. Oh well....Does anyone have a favorite polish?

Craft in Progress
What is it? It is going to go over my bed when it is done. When I am done peicing it together I will glue it in place and then spray paint it. I think it will be really fun! We don't have a headboard so this will take it's place. It will be huge by the time I am done. What do you think so far? Like it?

Random Project
Look What I Bought!
Okay so it doesn't look like that yet but it will. I bought two Miss Kim Lilac's today at the local Home Depot.
So this is what they really look like:
They may be small now but they have potential. I had a pep talk with them and we have big plans. They said they would love to live with us and be part of our amazing yard if I promise to water them regularly, feed them fertilizer, and promise to bring in their lovely sprigs into the house to share. Of course I agreed and we are excited about our future together.
While we were in St. George I went to my mom's Home Depot that she manages and bought some awesome Mona Lisa's and Marie Bracey Camellia plants.
This is what the Camellia will look like when it blooms:
Gorgeous right!?!?!?
I will be planting them here under the window as soon as we clean up all the rocks. I'm not sure what the previous owner was trying to do. Yes, that is a water feature of some kind. I'm not sure if it works but if it does that will be kinda fun to have!!!

St. George Trip
We took our four wheelers down to St. George for my little brother's 8th birthday. He said all he wanted was to ride four wheelers for his birthday. So Mr. Rad and I took our two ATVs down and my dad rented one. It was so much fun. Steven and I rode Friday when we arrived for an hour. It was awesome. It was so nice that we got sunburns! Here are a few pictures of our adventures! It was a blast!

Sippy Cup
This a addiction I have. I drink a lot of water/juice during the day. So whenever I see a sippy cup I have to buy it!!! It helps mr stay hydrated. I drink about a Fallon of water a day so this is a great way to regulate it and keep it fresh.

Project: Lights
The previous owner was always cooking when we came buy to walk through or measure stuff. So when we moved in I realized he always cooked with oil. There was a film over everything! My lights in the kitchen were disgusting. The inside of them should have been white but since all the grease coated it they were now a nasty shade of yellow. I took them down and washed them out. It was so gross! I actually gagged! So when they were all clean and dry I spray painted them black! They look amazing. The lights look brighter with it black too. Weird eh?

The Backyard
These videos suck but I wanted a good before of what it looks like so when I work my magic I can look back and see all the stuff I have done. Suggestions?
The huge tan nasty thing is a old hot tub that the previous owner thought it would be nice to leave us. The cement pad it is sitting on is going to be a cute outdoor sitting area. I'm thinking something with an umbrella.
This is the pile of junk I am throwing out. Nasty eh?
