Best Sleep-Worst Migraine

I had the best nights sleep last night but the worst migraine ever. I threw up once earlier in the day (a common occurrence when I have a migraine). All day I felt like if I moved my head I would throw up. I dry heaved multiple times when I moved my head. It was miserable.l Tylenol, Excedrin, and Ibuprofen with loads of Diet Coke later I saw no improvement. So finally we get home at 1030 last night after a family dinner and Steven casually tells me we have lortab. Hello!!! It was from when Steven was so sick last year. So I popped a half (I can't handle drugs. They stay with me longer than most people and I have mega effects from them). So like I said I took it and 30 minutes later I felt so much better. My words were slurring but I finally relaxed and the pain subdued.

I had the best lortab induced nights sleep ever. It was great. First night in forever that I didn't dream about work, cleaning the house, running up a hill. It was great.

Wish me luck tonight because I can't do this all the time. I really hate taking drugs-hence the reason I tried Melatonin and sensory relaxation to sleep first.

Down with Migraines! Blah. I get them when my muscles are at their tightest from stress and what not. I hate it.

Lortab is the best. I used to take it to help me relax before going to bed at the end of my pregnancy. Sorry about your migraines, I've heard from my friend that eating recipies made from a box mix like muffins, cakes, or brownie mixes can bring on migraines. Just a thought...

I try really hard not to make/eat anything from a box. It has too much crap in it. I need to go to a Doc and see what I can get from them. I really don't want anything to hardcore so I can still work and be functional.
